Founding Member

The launch terms, in plain English.

VauntSpace is in a “Founding Member” launch window. Everything on the platform is free right now, every plan, every feature. Here is exactly what happens when we start charging.

Right now: everything is free

Every plan tier is unlocked for everyone. Free, Studio, Agency, Enterprise, all of it. No credit card. No trial expiring. No hidden meter. Use it end-to-end and tell us what works and what doesn't.

In exchange we ask two things: post real work and tell us honestly what's good and bad. That's it.

When billing starts

Sometime after we're confident the platform is genuinely earning its price, we'll flip on billing. We promise:

The four options you get when the notice email lands

1

Destroy everything

Delete your account and every scrap of data associated with it. Products, articles, listings, offers, boardroom messages, all of it. Once done, it's gone. No trace.

Best for

You decided VauntSpace isn't for you, no hard feelings.

2

Export, then destroy

We send you a complete JSON archive of your account. Every article, every listing, every offer, every message. Then we delete your account. You walk away with everything you made.

Best for

You want to leave but don't want to lose the work.

3

Save data, downgrade to Free

Everything you made stays. Your account stays. You drop to the Free tier limits (and above-limit items become read-only until you clear the excess or upgrade). No card required, no charge, ever.

Best for

You use VauntSpace lightly and don't need paid features.

4

Pick a paid tier

Choose Studio, Agency, or whatever fits. Pay monthly or yearly. Nothing you made changes; you just unlock the higher limits and paid-tier features.

Best for

VauntSpace is earning its rent, keep it moving.

What "read-only" means (option 3)

If you have more products, articles, or connections than the Free tier includes when you downgrade, we don't delete anything. Everything above the Free-tier line becomes visible but not editable, and we won't generate NEW content for those items until you either:

We'll never quietly delete your work to bring you under a limit.

What if we go bust?

Reality: some startups don't make it. If VauntSpace winds down, we commit to giving every customer at least 30 days notice and the same JSON export that Option 2 above provides. Your data won't vanish because we couldn't make the numbers work.

What if you break a promise on this page?

Contact us at support@vauntspace.com. If we did break a promise we'll make it right, at minimum by refunding any charge that shouldn't have gone through and extending Founding-Member Free-tier status for you for another full year.

The parts that always apply

The launch promise here is on top of, not a replacement for, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where anything on this page conflicts with those documents, the Terms of Service controls, except where doing so would deprive you of a promise on this page, in which case this page controls.
